1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and osbet ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (after any applicable deductions for rule violations) will be returned to the user through their registered payment method, subject to successful KYC completion. Bonus funds and any winnings derived solely from bonus play may be forfeited upon termination for cause.
